Freedom, discernment, and true happiness all require work and sweat and frustration or being outside our place of comfort. When a few have decided to take the stand to be free, it does not take long for others to follow suit. If the gospel is true, and I know that it is, then we must be grounded in truth through the scriptures with a real sense of the meaning of repentance and a relationship with the Holy Ghost as we pursue freedom, discernment, and true happiness. This pre-supposes that we understand that we are not truly mature enough-no matter what age we are-to fully comprehend and exemplify these attributes or dispositions without the guidance of a loving Father in heaven.
