Stitches #9

This week’s Stitches program takes on a heavy-MLB flavor, as well it should in light of the NBA & NHL seasons finally concluding . . . but they’ll touch on all of those. First though, Jon & The Blayne Crew are joined by New York Times reporter Michael S. Schmidt, a Washington D.C. correspondent covering federal law enforcement. Michael will provide some insight into just how big the Saint Louis Cardinals hacking problem could be for the club and those that broke the law. Later in the program, they’ll be joined by former MLB umpire (1976-2001), Al Clark who after 26-years was fired for improprieties and later served time in jail for selling fraudulent memorabilia. Clark has recently authored a book about his journey; “Called Out But Safe: A Baseball Umpire’s Journey.” The guys are also touching on some continuing NFL stories, and in honor of yesterday’s Fathers Day, they’ll out together their Top-10 List of Father-Son Sports Combos. Give a listen to Frat House Sports’ newest all-sports talk program, the All-New Stitches . . . and they would love to take your calls at 347 – 826 – 9964. So be sure to give them a shout-out and wish them all of the best on their brand-new program, Stitches!
