Our final emotion discussed that we want to remove from the cup is FEAR. Initial feelings of Fear can be normal and even healthy. But fear, if left unresolved, can become detrimental. The three types of Fear are: (1) Fear of the Lord; (2) Fear of Identifiable Danger; and (3) Lingering Anxiety and Worry. This show will cover the Lingering Anxiety and Worry, which is the most debilitating.
