YouTube sensation Antoine Dodson has made headlines again. Antoine has come out as heterosexual, leaving his homosexual lifestyle in the past. This switch in sexual orientation is in direct contrast to that of Jason Collins, the NBA professional basketball player that came out as gay. Collins has been praised by President Barack Obama, Kobe Bryant, Charles Barkley, Oprah Winfrey and the list literally goes on and on. Antoine Dodson, on the other hand, has received no praise from anyone holding similar high and lofty positions of honor, fame and prestige. On the contrary, he has endured scorn and ridicule. So was he wrong to change his sexual orientation? In this day of political correctness is it correct to scorn someone for deciding to change sexual orientation? Or are there certain changes in sexual orientation that are permissible and others prohibited? What's really going on? Whose sexual orientation change is sinful and whose is saintly?
