Gods laws do not change. Mans may, but Gods do not. These are firm warnings and we do ourselves a great injustice when we say that "we are only human", we let the mind and the body take control instead of our eternal selves. Do we really want our bodies and our appetites and self destructive behaviors to be the master of our eternal selves? Let us hear what the Lord directs in these matters and put our behavior, our thoughts, and our energies in line with his will, so that we can have his power, manifested by his love, give us everlasting life. Christ has shown us that it is possible. We can do this, God believes in us!
